Trip to Berkeley!

I loved Berkeley! First, meeting RR on air; talked all the way. Watched Golden Bridge from the airplane; RR pointed to me where he grew up. He wished that he was not going to SL. That sincerity was very touching. He also gave me some changes to take BART.
Met BS at Berkeley. I told him the sky in San Diego is blue and my name means a beautiful moon. His day was brightened. He felt like meeting someone from a storybook. The second day several of us took a long walk in San F and danced in the starlight room. It was a fun night.

Counting days, 12 days to Shanghai. Life is going to be crazy and intensive, but I enjoy living it.

That Special Moment

"Waiting for that special moment. When you kiss this person, the whole world becomes hazy. The only focus is you and that person. You want to laugh, you want to cry. You're so glad that you found it, but you are also afraid that it's going to go away."

The Sound of Life

I heard the sound of life and I smelled its aroma, this Saturday. Birds are chirping on the trees in my community; white flower pedals falling in the warm wind. "I remain in the moment and go with the flow. My mind is filled with peace and love."

The power went out last night, so I read and exercised in the candle light. BB did not know about the power maintenance, and he said, "what do you need the candles for?" So things did not add up again. It gave me a good laugh.
I "yelled" at him in email; I could not figure out some data. But then I was very regretful about my behavior. He was not upset. Instead, he said, "be good to yourself today."

A card arrived in a red envelop, a red hot tomato.-:) Life is made up of poetic senses and moments.

In the Bleak Mid-Winter

I love this song. Sung by Christie H. and Richard Thompson, from Alabama.

"In the bleak mid-winter
Frosty wind made moan
Earth stood hard as iron
Water like a stone
Snow had fallen, snow on snow
Snow on snow
In the bleak mid-winter
Long ago
Angels and archangels
May have gathered there
Cherubim and seraphim
Thronged the air
But only his mother
In her maiden bliss
Worshipped the beloved
With a kiss
What can I give him
Poor as I am?
If I were a shepherd
I would bring a lamb
If I were a wise man
I would do my part
Yet what I can I give him
Give my heart
In the bleak mid-winter
Frosty wind made moan
Earth stood hard as iron
Water like a stone
If I were a wise man
I would do my part
Yet what I can I give him?
Give my heart "

Spring is here!

The very young spring of February, 2004, Southern California. Flowers are blooming on trees outside my window. So many exciting things, so hard to focus!
Named my laptop bb and pf. One day the screen says, "turn off bb and pf". B is bee, Pf is flower. Characters from my novel.
BB is in a show this weekt. PF will be imagining his performance. He will do well!
